Hair Fall and Hair damage:

Hair fall is the most common problem among the females these days. It comes along with other other scalp issues i.e Dandruff, Hair thinning etc.

It causes Due to pollution, hormonal changes, stress, Hair Styling products etc

However, how much we try to protect our hair it still gets damaged and loses shine.
Which leads to Hair Fall, we can’t do anything about these but we can surely take care of our hair by using all natural and home made and D-I-Y solutions to prevent hair fall and Hair damage.
Here are the few tips and homemade solutions:

• Oiling helps improve the blood circulation, also massaging oil on the scalp/hair improves frizziness and prevent breakage. Massing oil twice a week also relaxes your mind.
• Have enough water to hydrate yourself as hair shaft comprises one quarter water which helps in the growth of healthy hair.
• Avoid brushing wet hair as it has higher chances of hair breakage.
• Get a good sleep every day, that's not acceptable for many, but it works.
• Keep hair clean, it will surely help in so many ways. That's too natural and easy as well.

Homemade solutions:-

1) Aloe Vera gel adds banana then few Almonds (Badam) & oil, grind it in the mixer, apply and leave it for an hour and two. Helps you to bring back the shine in your hair.

2) 2 or 3 spoons of Desi Ghee according to your hair length make it hot Add 2 drops of tea tree oil & half lemon apply it for an hour and two will help you bring back your shiny hair and reduces the hair fall till some extent.

3) Quarter cup of fenugreek (Methi) seeds soak them overnight make the paste by grinding them and apply as a Hair mask for 30-40 mins. It helps to reduce hair fall and promote growth of healthy hair.

4) Grind onions to extract its juice and apply it on your scalp, leave it for an hour and two. It helps in hair growth.
